Cool Loans reserves the right to deny any and every aspect of the Services to any user for any reason at its sole discretion.

By submitting a pre-qualification loan application through the website, you express your willingness to be bound by the contractual terms of the loan agreement put forth, as well as your acceptance of the disbursal and recovery methods and protocols set forth. These Terms will apply to the Fixed-Sum Loan Agreement, with the inclusion of interest rates and fees, which will be entered into by you, the User, with Cool Loans.

From time to time, we may introduce special offers or promotions, which you will be notified of via emails, and social media or other forms. Such special offers or promotions are only valid for the specified period or until such a time as Cool Loans deems them invalid.

You agree that any notices given to you in relation to any Agreement can be delivered to the email address supplied by you during your application. Any notices may also be communicated to you via your Cool Loans account. In such cases, you will also receive by email a prompt to refer to your account. At our discretion, we may also serve any notice or demand to you personally, or leave it or send it to you at your last known address.

Any agreement made with Cool Loans is governed by the jurisdiction of the territory in which the agreement is established. Furthermore, all communications made with Users will be made in English, or where relevant the language Cool Loans deems appropriate for the territory in which Cool Loans is operating.

TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHT

All trademarks, copyright, content, software, and source codes contained in the Websites as well as our logos, brands, and products within the website are licensed to Cool Loans. You may copy, download, or temporarily store information from our website when you use our products and services. You may not republish or redistribute Website information to other parties, websites, or in hard copy form without our prior consent.
